We are looking for short term volunteers and missioners who are: enthusiastic, hard-working, self-motivated and proactive people who are able to practically demonstrate the gospel and their faith and work under their own initiative and as part of a team in Uganda and Kenya. Msafiri typical short term missioners do not replace or take jobs away from local people– they assist them with the various projects and ministry to archive the long term goals. If this describes you, and you feel God calling you to a short term trip to Africa, then we’d love to hear from you.

We believe that any short term mission experience must have a two way benefit. Benefit to the overseas missioners giving their time and money, and benefit to the organization, church or ministry they work with in Africa

Hello Denis. Thank you for your email. I had a great time in Uganda – probably the best two week I have ever had ! I think the best part about the whole thing was that it wasn’t like being on a package tour where everything is pre defined and you only get to see tourist attractions. On this trip, I got to meet normal Ugandan people and visit places off the beaten track – this was exactly what I wanted and I have some really great memories ( and photos !).
